Dynamic, progressive, global growth organization has an immediate need for an Accounting / Financial Analyst at a Business Unit HQ operation. This position has a vertical career-track and is part of the Global Strategic Finance Group.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing management with the strategic tools and reports to drive business results
* Drive excess expense and capital out of the business, process re-engineering, strategic planning, Results analysis by product
* Budgeting, rolling forecasting, cost analysis, financial modeling, logistics analysis, strategic planning, financial and variance analysis, financial reporting, and special project analysis
* Analysis and financial support of margin strategies.
* Treasury accounting including debt, foreign exchange, and cash transactions.
* Global coordination of cash and foreign exchange analysis & reporting

Requirements:

* You should have a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
* MBA, and/or CPA, is a plus and is preferred
* 2-5 years of relevant experience
* BIG 4, Public Accounting and/or large company experience is a preferred
* You should have solid audit, financial statement analysis, financial reporting, forecasting, project analysis, budget development & analysis experience
* You should have strong influential communication skills
* Any Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Excel, or Access experience is a plus
