Description:

Very strong growth, national organization has an immediate need for a Corporate Controller. This position reports directly to the CFO and will be a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team. This position is located west of the DFW area and is not commutable to DFW.

Description:
The Corporate Controller is responsible for leading the company -’s accounting, financial reporting, and controls processes. Areas of responsibility include general accounting, revenue accounting, equipment accounting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities will include providing the strategic tools & reports to drive business results; drive excess expense and capital out of the business; banking relationships, cost management strategies, cash flow management, investor relations, Board of Directors interface, acquisition analysis, new product launches & pricing, financial and variance analysis; capital expenditure, tax management, financial reporting, and staff development. Multi-Site, Multi-state responsibility for a very strong growth company!.

You will manage all corporate and operational financial functions. Your group will prepare weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts. You will evaluate all contracts from a financial perspective. You will lead, direct and develop the Accounting & Finance Groups. You will lead and coordinate the total Company Budget Process and Financial Reporting of results. You will drive the implementation of Cost Controls and Cost Reductions initiatives.

Requirements:
You should have a BS degree in Accounting or Finance, an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Any BIG 4 or a combination of public accounting firm experience and industry would be ideal. You should have the experience in managing the key data and metrics of a company -’s operating and financial performance. Must have FIN 146 experience. Experience in M&A target analysis and in the integration of acquired operations.

You should enjoy a fast-paced, fluid, growth focused culture. You should have strong financial processes experience, Treasury, Bank Relations, Investor Relations, staff development, corporate finance experience, etc. Must have 4+ years as a Controller in a $250 million+ operation. Any Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, and/or Mining industry experience would be a plus.
