Dynamic, Fortune 500 level global, strong growth consumer-products organization has immediate needs in the Global Internal Audit Group for an Investigations Manager-Latin America. This is a high potential managerial position. High visability, strong career track within the company, diverse accounting-finance-operational promotional opportunities characterize this opportunity. Reports to VP of Internal Audit. You will conduct investigations in Latin America regarding ethics allegations & will perform reviews focusing on FCPA governance and compliance.
You will conduct field investigations and utilize data mining, analysis, computer forensics, interviews, conduct interrogations, and report writing of results. You may coordinate enterprise-wide engagement teams, and work as an Individual Contributor. Perform special projects and presentations as needed. Travel requirements would be about 50-55%....domestic and international travel opportunities. You will have general supervision of engagements.
Requirements:
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA and CFE certification is preferred. You should have 5-10 years of relevant experience - preferably coming directly from a large, global manufacturer, BIG 4 + industry experience would be a plus. You should have the ability to use PC-based automated software tools, proficiency with spreadsheets, project management exposure, risk-based assessments, have proven investigations experience. Fluent Spanish is required. Must have accounting-based investigations and audit experience (not just law enforcement or legal experience).
