Description:

Dynamic, industry-leader global company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Analyst for one of their most profitable business units. This is a highly visable position that will interact with the company -’s and division -’s strategic sales & marketing leadership.

The Sales Analyst is responsible for
-· Assisting the Sales Management Team in the implementation and execution of analytical efforts by mining all data points in order to provide concise and accurate information.
-· Providing marketing and sales analysis support to marketing and sales initiatives. Activities may include: customer profiling, segmentation, scoring methodology, customer lifetime value analysis, targeted prospecting, sales analyzes, forecasting and campaign tracking.
-· Working with SQL reporting to manipulate large and varied data sets, from multiple data sources, in order to conduct analysis on current client activity, generate concise reporting, and present recommendations.
-· Designing reports that give an analytical dashboard of the key performance indicators in the call center groups.
-· Responsible for many weekly and monthly reports necessary to maximize revenue
-· Designing and preparing routine reports and ad-hoc analysis.

Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
o MBA a plus
o At least 2-4 years of experience in in roles supporting database marketing and sales analysis.
o Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
o Working knowledge of Oracle data structures a plus.
