Strong growth global manufacturer has an immediate need for a SR. Financial Analyst. This position may have a vertical career- track within the company, and promotional opportunities within Chicago as well as subsidiaries through out the US. This position is located in a Divisional Headquarters in the western suburbs of Chicago area. This position supports the Internal & External Financial Reporting Group. You must be promotable - dynamic growth environment!

You will focus on preparing detailed analysis of operating and financial results, results vs plan analysis, supervise monthly preparation of US GAAP financial statements, Earnings per Share calculations, collection of supporting documentations for SEC Reporting, ROI & NPV analysis, M&A analysis, financial & operational audit issues, budgets and rolling forecasts, assist with quarterly performance reporting and ad hoc analysis projects. You could participate on company-wide project teams; work as Individual Contributors and as Team members.

Responsibilities include providing management with the strategic tools and reports to drive business results, review annual report, assist with accounting for Joint Ventures, drive excess expense and capital out of the business, forecasting, expense analysis, financial modeling, financial and variance analysis, internal and external financial reporting, special project analysis.

Requirements:
You should have a BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; an MBA is preferred, a CPA is a plus. You should have 3-7 years of experience in BIG 4, Public Accounting and/or a large company. You should have solid financial analysis, financial statement analysis & prep experience, assurance/audit, 10k & 10Q experience, forecasting, budgeting analysis, project analysis experience.
