Description:

Dynamic, strong growth organization with tremendous upside is looking for a Vice-President Corporate Controller.

Description: The VP -– Controller is responsible for leading the company -’s accounting, financial reporting, and controls processes (including SOX compliance). Areas of responsibility include SEC compliance, general accounting, revenue accounting, equipment accounting and financial reporting. Serves as a Strategic Business Partner to executive management.

Requirements: BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred, CPA required.

10-20 years of combined experience in BIG 4 and in a publicly held company. In-depth knowledge of accounting, control, audit, SEC reporting, SOX compliance. Experience in managing the key data and metrics of a company -’s operating and financial performance. Experience in M&A target analysis and in the integration of acquired operations.

Compensation: $175-225k base salary + Bonus + other compensation options.
