Dynamic, progressive, global growth organization has an immediate need for a Division Finance Manager at a Business Unit Headquarters operation located in the Chattanooga, TN area. This position is charged with the financial planning, analysis, and financial reporting for the Division. Multi-state responsibility.

Responsibilities will include providing management with the strategic tools and reports to drive business results, drive excess expense and capital out of the business, strategic planning, division and site budgeting, project forecasting, rolling forecasts, cost analysis, financial modeling, logistics analysis, financial and variance analysis, trend analysis, financial reporting, and special project analysis. This position plays a key role in driving division's financial performance and controlling costs while focused on achieving division's business performance goals. Additional duties include:
* Support Division operations on monthly financial close.
* Business Plan development.
* Review & analysis of site P&Ls to ensure appropriate accounting at locations.
* Review & analysis of contracts with vendors, customers, and service prodviders.
* Support the implementation and tracking of margin improvement initiatives.
* Manage & develop finance staff within division.
* A/R management, forecasting, invoicing, capital expenditures, G/L functions management.

You will also work on strategic financial analysis projects, prepare financial reports and analysis, manage financial reporting. Prepare and direct the Capital and Financial Operating Budgets of the Division. Drive processes and systems performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
You should have a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance ; an MBA is preferred. You should have 6-12 years of relevant FP&A, Financial Analysis or Controller experience. Any division or regional financial performance experience is a plus. You should have experience driving key functional financial performance metrics. You should have solid financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, results tracking, financial reporting, project analysis, budget development & analysis experience.
You should have strong influential communication skills. Base salary of $85-95k + strong Performance Bonus opportunity, strong benefit and retirement packages, and Relocation assistance.
