Dynamic, global growth Fortune 500 level manufacturer is currently recruiting for a Production Manager at their Division Headquarters in the Florence, South Carolina area. Company is in expansion due to product line additions and growth of existing product lines business.

The Production Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is a Continuous Improvement position with ongoing responsibilities. The Production Manager plans production operations, establishes priorities and sequences for manufacturing and ensures that scheduled deadlines and quality standards are met. Works closely with plant safety and quality teams to proactively identify issues, develop procedures, and give the appropriate training and equipment to employees.

The position requires proven management success, expertise in staff development, statistical managerial techniques, and troubleshooting equipment and processes on the manufacturing lines. You should enjoy a daily challenge of efficient production; have conflict resolution skills, and success at improving productivity and problem solving. This position is part of the Strategic Plant Leadership Team.

Requirements:
We are looking for a BS degree in Engineering or in Business with 6+ years of production engineering and leadership/management experience. Any textiles experience would be a plus. You should have knowledge of budgeting and reporting production performance.
