Description:

Title: Senior Divisional Manager, Finance

Dynamic, progressive, global growth organization has an immediate need for a Senior Divisional Manager, Finance located in the Atlanta area. This position provides total financial leadership, direction and analysis to the divisional leadership teams. This is a key player in driving division performance, controlling costs, working closely with the Division Strategic Leadership Team to achieve business targets. This position provides actions & solutions.

Responsibilities will include providing management with the strategic tools and reports to drive business results, drive excess expense and capital out of the business, strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, project forecasting, rolling forecasts, cost analysis, financial modeling, logistics analysis, financial and variance analysis, trend analysis, financial reporting, and special project analysis. You will work on "High Level, Strategic" & -“High Level, Operations -” divisional financial analysis projects, prepare financial reports and analysis, manage financial reporting. Prepare and direct the Capital and Financial Operating Budgets of the Division. Drive processes and systems performance improvement initiatives. Drive key functional financial metrics.

Requirements:
You should have a BS Degree in Accounting or Finance ; an MBA is preferred. A CPA, is preferred. You should have 6-12 years of relevant experience in BIG 4, Public Accounting and/or large company experience. You should have solid financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, results tracking, financial reporting, project analysis, budget development & analysis experience.
You should have strong influential communication skills. Any Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Excel, or Access experience is a plus. Strong base salary of $105-125k + Performance Bonus opportunity, strong benefit and retirement packages, and Relocation.
