Dynamic, strong growth global organization is looking for a SR. Financial Analyst with a focus on the division's profit & margin analysis, compiling analysis and reporting information as it pertains to the profitability of individual products & site locations within the division, extract relevant data from both internal and external information systems to support accounting decisions. Review and evaluate information provided to the Financial Reporting Group for inclusion within internal and external reporting documents. This is a highly visible position that will interact with the corporate, other site locations, and with the division's strategic leadership. This position may career-track to a Controller level position in the division.

The SR. Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing the Division's results by category and by location, analysis of the budget results and developing recommendations on process improvements. Analyzes variances from plan. Provides senior management with forecasts & projections and performance reporting.
o Analyze the Division's profitability
o Supports the Monthly Closing effort
o Meets divisional reporting requirements on time
o Assists with quarterly profit plans...develops and maintains internal controls
o Performs ad-hoc cost/financial analysis to facilitate strategic and tactical decision-making
o Supports reporting of business results to leadership on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
o Maintain a system of Key Performance Indicators and drive business ownership for results
o Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information
o Supports the financial planning & forecasts of the business
o Analyze specific GL account reconciliations

Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
o MBA would be a plus.
o 5-8 years of experience in BIG 4, Public Accounting or industry
o Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities....experience with Oracle Financials and Hyperion is a plus
o Prefer experience with Financial Analysis, Budget Analysis, and/or Product Performance Analysis, Monthly Close, Financial Reporting
o Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
o Ability to build partnerships across functions
