Dynamic, strong growth, financial services company has immediate needs in the Internal Audit Group headquartered in the Dallas area. This is a high potential, faster career-track position! You will have diverse accounting-finance-operational promotional opportunities after you complete your audit group assignment. The positions currently open are for 2 Staff Internal Auditors (1-2 years of experience), 1 IT Auditor, and 2 SR. Internal Auditors (3-7 years of experience) level. High Quality-of-Life position with no overnight travel!

You spend about 12-18 months in the audit group and then are eligible for promotion into other areas of the company including accounting, finance, M&A, treasury, and operations. You will focus on risk assessments, operational process reviews, financial audits, evaluate internal controls, develop conclusions about the effectiveness of the assignment. You may coordinate enterprise-wide engagement teams, and work as an Individual Contributor. You will perform special projects and presentations as needed.

Requirements:
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.. An MBA is a plus. A CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP certification is preferred. You should have 1-7 years of relevant experience - preferably with a BIG 4, a Public Accounting firm, or with a large financial services company. You should have the ability to use PC-based automated software tools, proficiency with spreadsheets, project management exposure, risk-based assessments, have excellent communication skills.
