Dynamic, global manufacturer has an immediate need for a Division Accounting Manager at a Business Unit HQ. This position reports to the Division Controller with a dotted line to the Plant GM. This position is part of the Strategic Division Leadership Team. Responsibilities will include providing management with the strategic tools & reports to drive business results; drive excess expense and capital out of the business; manage the Closing Cycle, cost management strategies, division accounting functions, cash flow management, process reengineering, manage the strategic planning, cost accounting, FP&A, SOX compliance documentation, financial and variance analysis; capital expenditure, financial reporting, and inventory controll.

You will prepare weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts. Manage and develop Division Accounting Department. You will lead and coordinate the Budget Forecasting Process. Implementation of Cost Controls and Cost Reductions initiatives.

Requirements Requirements:
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance. An MBA is preferred . A CPA, and/or CMA would be a plus. You should have 5-15 years of relevant manufacturing accounting experience. Large company experience ( Fortune 500) is a plus. You should have strong cost accounting experience, consolidations experience, manufacturing plant accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, staff supervision & development, forecasting, strategy development, capital expenditure analysis & tracking, budget development and analysis experience.
