THIS IS STRICTLY POST TRADING OPERATIONS.

**This is for the Operations Group. NOT IT. Person must be business focused. Must know equity products very well.

LOCATION: Manhattan New York
DURATION: 1 year ongoing or Fulltime
RATE: c2c, w2 or Full time. Based on salary/rate history
USA Citizen, Green Card, EAD, TN, H1B, E Visa ok.

TITLE: Equities Operations Analyst (Business not IT)



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
***THIS IS STRICTLY POST TRADING OPERATIONS.
*Responsible for running projects and business analysis as part of a new equities ops team
*Investigating middle office and operational issues within current infrastructure and make improvements
*Work with sales/traders, middle office, settlements, compliance and more to roll out products
*Program reporting, management presentations
*Develop operating model for new offerings
*Participate in many integration initiatives - detail flows, write requirements, conduct testing


EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND:
*THIS IS STRICTLY POST TRADING OPERATIONS.
*Should understand the front to back of a trade life cycle.
*Experience working at a global level with a top broker/dealer or leading consulting firm
*Experience working in middle office and operations
*Detailed Equity products knowledge - ADR, converts, and prime brokerage most preferred
*Powerpoint/Visio skills
*Excellent written and verbal skills
*High drive and energy, dynamic, will to challenge status quo
