Description:

Responsibilities:
- Overall Strategic Tax Practice Leader
- Leader of local State and Local Tax Practice - Communicate and lead the overall group
- Sets local marketing direction for product leaders
- Establish local team vision and strategic plan.
- Establish local overall revenue budgets.
- Set Metrics by product working with Team Leaders.
- Establish local overall headcount budgets with Regional Leader and local partner in charge.
- Responsible for achieving local Operating Statement targeted budget.
- Responsible for local strategic personnel decisions with Leaders and Executives.
- Initiate hiring process with input from Executive, Team Leaders and local tax partner in charge.
- Complete required personnel reviews with input from Team Leaders.
Local Office Sales Leader
- Marketing - Drive Local Product Group Revenue
- Identify local opportunities - current clients & targets
- Leverage Local Office Contacts - initiate team selling
- Leverage Sales & Business Development Specialists
- Leverage Team Leadership / Product Leaders
- Develop Product list /status reports / tracking reports by
- Participate in local office seminars / marketing
- Local DU Interface / Cross Selling opportunities
- Local ONYX reporting leader
