Must Have Skills: • 5 years tax experience (high level senior or recently promoted manager) with emphasis in large or midsize multistate pass through entities with at least 50+ partners. • Experience with ProSystem fx or comparable tax software is highly preferred. • Tax research for various jurisdictions and different types of tax • Local, sales, and property tax regulations • Strong Excel and Word skills • Attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

- Prepare transactional analyses and documentation for tax reporting and audit defense
- Assist in the preparation of various returns and corresponding partners' K-1 and income tax memos
- Prepare Firm and nonresident partner estimated tax calculations
- Handle the logistics of partners -’ tax elections and other partner related records
- Assist in monitoring current and proposed tax law and tax accounting changes
- Maintain and update financial records and statements for Firm related Trust, Investment Fund, Foundation, and PAC entities
- Assist in maintaining partners' capital accounts and processing partnership distributions
- Work with other managers on various ad hoc projects
