Description:

My client, a global direct marketing agency, seeks an experienced client-facing marketing analyst to join a highly collaborative team.
You will develop statistical models that address campaign reporting, customer segmentation, and other ad hoc customer analysis, and present results/recommendations to clients. As such you must have a comprehensive working knowledge of multivariate statistical techniques and their application to direct marketing programs.

To be successful you will need:
1. Undergraduate degree in Applied Math/Statistics, Economics, Behavioral Sciences, Operations Research or equivalent quantitative field.
2. 2-5 years experience in a direct marketing/CRM environment utilizing math/statistical techniques to solve problems in areas such as customer segmentation, predictive modeling, forecasting, optimization, etc.
3. Knowledge/experience in multivariate statistics, including multiple regression, logit, survival data analysis, factor analysis, and experimental test design
4. Hands-on recent experience in SAS. SQL and advanced Excel skills a plus.
5. Good interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with external clients (customers and prospects) and internal ones (development team, implementation/delivery, marketing, and sales).
6. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the ability to work both independently and within groups.
7. Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude and experience in data analysis
