My client, a leading media and marketing agency seeks experienced search analytic pro to work with a global Client. This position requires both strategic and tactical skill sets with an eye for numbers, proficiency at problem solving, a strong command of online media including paid/organic Search and an understanding of traditional media. You will be responsible for driving campaign optimizations, media and creative tests, creative analysis, budget and conversion forecasting
You will:
- Perform hands-on analysis of large volumes of transaction and customer level data for both SEM and online display media
- Create and manage optimization plans to increase client -’s marketing efficiency
- Utilize syndicated research tools for segment, competitive, and media analysis
- Provide updates to client regarding SEO/SEM synergy and communicate regularly with clients to discuss metrics and trends
- Act as primary day-to-day contact on insights and analytics to SEM and online media managers and clients
- Maintain a status on all projects and share with Director project progress, concerns about meeting deliverables, and client issues.
- Conduct client calls, bringing in extended team members when necessary
- Design and initiate tests in order to continually improve key metrics (Search ad copy, display creative, landing page, SEM position, technology tests, etc.)
- Build forecasts and budgets based on historical data as part of the planning process; continually monitor pacing versus forecasts
- Make recommendations on keyword selection and expansion efforts
- Implement new technologies, automation capabilities, and/or vendor solutions that enhance SEM and display media efforts
What you will need to bring :
- Comprehensive understanding of metrics: Media (e.g. buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP), Measurement analytics, Quantitative business measures (LTV, NPV, ROI, Churn, etc.), Statistics (Correlations, sample sizing, etc)
- Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation
- Experience with syndicated research tools -– Nielsen, Comscore, Hitwise, AdGooroo, etc.
- Experience with DART/Doubleclick, or Atlas
- Omniture Site Catalyst and Test and Target Experience preferred
- At least one Year of experience with a large Direct Response Advertiser preferred
