Description:

Handle a variety of analyses and projects revolving around major retailer's direct marketing efforts!
Pre and post campaign analyses - estimates campaign performance in advance, based on key expected performance metrics. Provides mid-campaign reporting as required. Executes various post campaign analyses of results, including insights through various drilldowns into campaign and customer attribute detail, and provides conclusions and data-based insights& recommendations. Presents results to team members and management.
Opportunity identification & development - leads independent research into customer based marketing opportunities, and makes recommendations for additional models or tests based on insights into customer/campaign performance.
Ad hoc campaigns - provides support for other campaign activity, including list campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and saturation campaigns.
Ad hoc queries and analysis - provides insights into performance based on queries as required by business.



Candidate Requirements
Skills:
- 3+ years hands-on SAS programming and analysis a MUST
- creative problem-solving skills
- possess ability to suggest and implement solutions in efficient manner
- Microsoft Excel & Access

Experience/Competencies:
- Marketing analysis experience with large volumes of customer data, including database marketing analysis and data mining
- 3 yrs. of practical business experience
- Retail industry experience strongly preferred

Education:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research, Psychology or other decision science
