Description:

The Consumer Deposit Product Manager is responsible for the development and ongoing strategic management of all interest-bearing products with the goal of optimizing deposit performance consistent with bank profit and growth goals. The Consumer Deposit Product Manager manages all activities associated with interest bearing deposit products and pricing strategies, monitors the dynamics of deposit behavior in each product category and the impact to balance augmentation, diminishment and attrition, develops value propositions and ensures that marketing and promotional initiatives align with the company -’s deposit growth and Net Interest Margin goals. The Consumer Deposit Product manager develops and maintains comprehensive modeling to project deposit balance flows and interest expense for annual financial planning and quarterly forecasting. This individual is responsible for the weekly Pricing Committee report preparation and pricing recommendations as well as conducting the meeting. Position is also responsible for ensuring all rate changes are made in all systems and accurately reflecting in all customer facing material as well as communicating these changes to the various regions and bankers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree , MBA a plus
6-7 years professional work experience in product management of deposit banking products across a regional bank
