Description:

-Team Management Skills in PUMP SALES PROFESSION. 5+ Years Experience as a Branch Manager in Pump Sales

-Mechanically Inclined w/basic 4 yr Undergrad Degree (Preferably Engineering)

-Very educated w/all fields of construction / engineering. Speaking to both engineers and construction contractors. Must NOT be limited to certain types of trades needs versatile ability to speak to all involved.(Not easily intimated or afraid)

-Involves both existing and cold calling. Not afraid to get in the dirt trenches and work hard at building solid pipeline of business Excellent pay and benefits. Co vehicle & Cell Phone Provided.

-Prefers 4-5 yrs of background within a sales dedicated single line (General Rental background wouldn - -’t be the right previous experience for this job)

- Taking ownership is a HUGE deal. Run territory as if it were their own.(Responsibility for knowing customers and current projects taking place) Hunter & Farmer Mentality
