Description:

1. P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting and reporting financial performance.
2. Utilizes consumer trends to develop category plans, including strategies and tactics to deliver projected sales and margin.
3. Manages product assortment and sourcing activities for assigned categories & Develops supplier partnerships that utilize available resources to develop differentiating products and programs.
5. Negotiates with suppliers to achieve lowest cost of goods.
6. Determines pricing for assigned categories utilizing retail pricing guidelines to optimize category profitability.
7. Optimizes supply chain to reduce costs, enhance service levels, and improve product availability.
8. Position is located in North Carolina
