Description:

Be part of opening a new ambulatory surgery center in the Washington Township area in Southwest New Jersey (close commuting distance from Philadelphia). State-of-the-art facility, joint venture between the hospital and physicians.
Our Clinical Director will have overall management and leadership responsibilities for the ambulatory surgery center including: clinical, operations, financial/business, quality assurance, and will be reporting to the Board.

Our ideal candidate will have a combination of ASC and hospital management experience....start in a hospital peri-operative role working up to Charge position and then moved out into the ASC world and now a Clinical Director or RN Administrator.
We are seeking someone who has a reputation for being a team-builder; hands-on manager without being a micro-manager. Need someone who has demonstrated success in a quality customer service program with high patient satisfaction scores.
