Description:

Dynamic, strong growth organization has challenging opportunity for a Benefits Analyst within the Human Resources Group. This position supports the Corporate Leadership and site GMs to achieve business targets by developing, promoting, implementing, managing and maintaining effective Benefits programs, procedures, and practices. You will develop long term strategies to ensure the organization is competitive in it's Benefits/Rewards plan. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administration of all company Benefit Programs globally. This position is a Strategic Business Partner to the Operations Leadership of the company, and may career-track to other Human Resources positions.

It is responsible for Benefit administration, and for the administration and updating of the total company Benefits system. The scope of responsibility includes Health/Welfare and Pension Plans to support the business requirements, team development, internal and government compliance. Major Responsibilities include:
-Interpret, communicate and ensure adherence to all provisions of company policies.
-Provide day-to-day guidance benefit issues
-Keeping the corporation's benefit programs current and priced to the market conditions
-Communications--including company newsletter, internal communications, and Company HR website.
-Monitor Benefit trends and regulations and advise employees


Requirements:
The successful Candidate will have a BS Degree (ideally in Human Resources Management), MBA or MS is preferred, a CEBS or CBP certification is a plus, and 5+ years Benefits experience in a Division or Corporate environment. Must have demonstrated success in administration of and analysis of Benefit plans. A PHR / SPHR designation would also be a plus.
