You will develop long term strategies to ensure the organization is competitive in it's total rewards plan. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administration of all company Benefit and Compensation Programs globally. You will direct the annual salary planning process to ensure that budgets are established, are consistent with the financial performance of the company, and are effective at awarding high performance. This position is a Strategic Business Partner to the Leadership of the company, and may career-track to other Human Resources & Operations positions.
