Strong growth manufacturer has a challenging opportunity for a Human Resource Manager - Talent Management. This position supports the Plant & Corporate Leadership to achieve business targets by managing and maintaining effective HR policies, programs, procedures, and practices while managing the Talent Recruitment program. The Human Resources Manager-Talent is a Business Partner to the Global HR Group and to the Operations Leadership of the company, and may career-track to a other Plant, Divisional, or Corporate HR positions.

It develops a positive Employee Relations climate in this organization and is focused on talent recruitment. The scope of responsibility includes a focus on communications, policies, programs and activities to support the business requirements, team development, internal and government compliance within Talent Management.

Major Responsibilities:
-Interpret, communicate and ensure adherence to all provisions of company policies.
-Provide day-to-day knowledge & guidance regarding employment issues - manage the Recruitment Processes and staff.
-Communications--including company newsletter, internal communications, and Company HR website focused on Talent Recruitment.
-Salaried employee recruiting with domestic and Global responsibilities.
-Responsible for compliance with government-mandated procedures (AAP, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, etc.)
-Administer Talent Management Programs and processes to ensure that tools are being used to create value across the organization.
-HRIS system administration.

Requirements:
The successful Candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Human Resources Management) and 5-8 years Human Resources experience in a Manufacturing industry. Proven recruitment success at filling and developing an On-Going Pipeline of top talent. A PHR / SPHR designation would be a plus.
