Must Have Skills: Education/Experience 4 Year College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. General PC proficiency and demonstrated skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required. HRIS (specifically PeopleSoft) experience preferred. Familiarity with COBRA, EEOC, FMLA and other related state and federal regulations preferred.

The primary purpose of the Human Resources Administrator is to provide human resources administrative support to the leadership team and associates within the Distribution Center. This position performs activities associated with recruitment, staffing, performance reviews, recognition and rewards activities, and benefits. Ensures all functions are performed properly while embracing change, driving efficiencies and executing flawlessly.

Must be very organized and have the ability to prioritize work.

Must be able to analyze information and use appropriate judgment to achieve expected results.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills, with an ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.

Strong grammar skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Regular on-time attendance.

Ability to sit for prolonged period of time.

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.

Ability to reach, bend, or stoop if necessary.

Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Ability to work overtime and varied schedules, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Adheres to all company policies including the code of conduct, safety, and attendance policy.

Any other tasks as assigned.
