Description:

The VP, Director, will act as a strategic Human Resources business partner withnational HR teams. The Director will have overall responsibility for employee relations, oversight of recruiting and staffing, succession planning and training & development, operational issues, strategic planning and Human Resources projects.


· 10+ years Human Resources management experience (3+ years as a Director), preferably in Advertising or Entertainment.

· Demonstrated ability to work quickly, efficiently, effectively and cross functionally with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

· Strong business acumen and customer service mindset (quick to respond to internal HR and Clients communications)

· Proactive, assertive leadership approach.

· Demonstrated ability to influence and provide strategic leadership and counsel.

· Demonstrate solid understanding of financial and business objectives and analytical problem solving skills.

· Ability to manage projects and project teams.

· Ability to apply 10+ years of experience to address and remedy business issues.

· Ability to mentor and develop HR staff.

· Strong understanding of State and Federal employment law and practice

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Must be willing to travel 20%.
