Description:

Position Responsibilities


Sets HR team direction, with HRVP, for Districts
Consolidates HR needs into requirements and recommendations across client groups for input HR/Business planning process
Works with HRVP to ensure human resource activities meet business budgetary requirements
Facilitates the alignment and improvement of HR policies, processes and programs across client groups (compensation planning/analysis, talent management, performance management, headcount planning, recruitment, training, et.)
Identifies trends of escalated issues from OSC and field and creates forward thinking strategies to eliminate future occurrences
Provides coaching and direction on human capital implications of client operating strategies and business practices and creates action plans

Sr. Manager HR Position Responsibilities
Conducts company and region training in collaboration with appropriate OSC and region partners
Validate compliance with all legal requirements and government reporting related to the employment of associates including but not limited to EEO, FLSA, et.
Works with local leadership to partner in leading organizational change, be it process or structure,that will support such initiatives as directed by the company executive leadership team
Assist location HR team in accomplishing human resources scorecard metrics by leveraging various measurement tools which currently exist within Allied to date or can be developed to evaluate successes and opportunities
Partner with district leaders in the acquisition and development of talent for business growth

Responsible for a minimum of two districts as well as at least one HR professional
Reports directly to HRVP
Seven to eight years experience, three of which should be in a manger role
A minimum of bachelor's degree
