Our client is a fully integrated advertising agency for the entertainment experiencing exponential growth. We are looking for individuals to join us in building a leading agency.
The HR Manager will provide Human Resources services to our team. This person will focus on recruitment, cultural development, employment branding, along with full generalist responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Recruiting 50%
Employee Relations/Cultural Development 30%
Various projects 10%
HR Administration 10%
Position Duties:
Client management and consulting including coaching managers on employee relations, written warnings, mediating discussions, investigations, and terminating employees
On going management of recruiting and retention programs with a heavy focus on freelance employees.
Initiate and lead culture creation and maintenance programs
Work with leadership to identify business needs, and build HR strategies to support those needs, including identifying most effective organization structure, organization and individuals capability needs and resource needs
Help identify areas for training & development to further develop individuals a team goals. Provide recommendations/resources to management
Implement performance management process to client groups, provide training to managers on an as needed basis, answer manager's questions, provide Recommendations on review language and development goals if need be, etc.
Monitor and ensure company compliance with changing employment laws, update management.
Manage other special projects on an as needed basis
Position Qualifications:
At least 7 years experience as Human Resources generalist
At least two years experience as a recruiter
Knowledge of Human Resource Practices, procedures and programs
Experience in all areas of the Human Resources functions including recruiting, new hire processing and paperwork, benefits administration, employee counseling, employee reviews, legal issues relating to hr, and management training programs
Must be proactive and a problem solver
