Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

BS degree required, MBA preferred
-APICS or Supply Chain Management certification
-3+ years purchasing experience with cost reduction achievements
-Monitor inventory
-Commodity and contract negotiation experience
-Supplier selection, evaluation and certification experience
-ERP/MRP systems experience with forecasting and expediting background
-Use of Word, Excel, and other MS software for analysis and presentation
-Maintain existing suppliers and supply relationships
-Maintain ERP vendor master data (price, lead times, contact information, vendor part number, etc)
-Create and maintain supplier certification and component quality plans. Creation and publication of critical supplier performance metrics (on time delivery, delivery cycle, PPV, DPM, YTD $ value)
-Manage the return and credit/replacement of defective materials.
