Qualifications - Professional Skills & Competences
To be successful in this position you must have a solid background in networking and a good understanding of Windows and UNIX based systems. The perfect candidate will have at least 7 years experience in Cisco based networking (LAN, WAN, Routing (EIGRP and BGP)and Security) and at least 4 years in Cisco based voice products (Call Manager, Unity) and Cisco wireless products. A solid working knowledge of standard networking services also a must (DNS, DHCP, TFTP, FTP, SNMP) The candidate must also possess good communications skill and be capable of communicating effectively with all potential service, user, and management parties. A university degree is preferred or a diploma from a specialized school. Certifications from Cisco (CCIE), would be a bonus.
Addition to above general knowledge we expect you to have deep knowledge in:
Voice (Cisco based)
-· Design, troubleshoot and manage Call manager in multi cluster international environment
-· Design, troubleshoot and manage Unity in multi cluster international environment
-· Design, troubleshoot and manage Voice Gateways in multi cluster international environment with full understanding all type of voice lines like PRI, T1, E1and SIP trunks.
-· Experienced and knowledge in MGCP, H323, VXML and SIP Gateways
