Description:
Dynamic, Fortune 500 level global manufacturer whose brand names are known worldwide has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Manager at a Division Headquarters in the Greenwood, SC area. The Maintenance Manager is a high visibility position within a rapidly growing Business Unit in the US and is a part of the Plant's Strategic Leadership Team

This position's responsibilities include overseeing all maintenance aspects of the plant. This includes managing a 3 shift Maintenance Department, equipment, facilities and grounds, failure analysis, forklifts, production lines, and extrusion system. This position interacts with internal areas of Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and other groups.

Requirements:
- BSEE degree or BSME degree and 5+ years experience in plant & equipment maintenance.

-Problem solving, troubleshooting, operation and supervision of preventative maintenance programs experience.

-You should have experience with plant & equipment electrical systems, production lines, and facilities power systems.

- Experience in supervision of a maintenance department.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The company offers a strong compensation package of a base salary range of $75-85k with Bonus opportunity, Fortune 500 level Benefit and Retirement programs. Relocation assistance is provided as needed.
