Must Have Skills: Minimum Experience:
•5 – 7 years experience in managing complex projects or programs, with focus on web technology required
•Experience in Agile software development methodologies and tools preferred (Agile, Scrum, MSF4ASD, RUP)
•Excellent organizational and communication skills
•Proficient in MSOffice products with expert capabilities in MS Project or other Project Tracking software required.
•Experience with Changepoint or similar time tracking system preferred
Education: Bachelor's Degree Description: Under the direction of the VP – eBusiness, the Program Manager – eBusiness will lead all eBusiness, Web and Web Security related projects and initiatives at a program level and directly project manages all non-enterprise project work related to enhancements, maintenance and infrastructure. Will work closely with senior level management, business process leaders and project managers to communicate status, resolve resource conflicts and identify critical impacts. Analyzes all eBusiness related projects for cross-project impact and resource conflicts. Directly involved in the Release Management process as coordination point for resources, communication of status and escalation procedures. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and overall customer satisfaction at the mid-management and senior staff levels of the organization. Develops and manages a program level project plan that encompasses major milestones, critical impact points and overall resource utilization across all eBusiness projects. Manages non-enterprise projects including enhancements, internal infrastructure projects and maintenance tasks needing project management. Creates, coordinates and tracks strategies and artifacts for risk mitigation and contingency plans. Ensures that all web-related projects have appropriate artifacts including UI design deliverables, communications plan and operational transition plan. Manages and coordinates activities in the Release Management process including aggregation of release notes. This may include coordinating the work of other project managers. Communicates overall program status, coordinates the communication of all eBusiness related projects and tasks at the Product or Program level. Leads Project Managers and Development group in creating a Continuous Feedback/Improvement process. Participates in the development of the Enterprise Annual Operating Plan and Budget. Perform other duties as assigned.
