Main Duties Job Duties:
This person will be responsible for planning and conducting analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They will interact with internal customers to facilitate the identification of process improvements, system design, testing and the implementation of complex solutions. They must be familiar with the systems development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering and analysis, detailed design and system setup/configuration, testing, implementation management and support.
Ideal Fit:
Perfect candidate would be someone with strong functional and technical skills in Oracle 11ie Bus Suite (Supply Chain), who has run large scale application implementation/integration projects utilizing EDI methodologies and industry standards.
Required Knowledge:
- Strong Project Management skills with experience running large scale application implementation/integration projects within Oracle 11ie Bus Suite.
- Oracle 11i e Bus Suite (Primary focus on Supply Chain modules).
- Strong Business Process Engineering focus and experience
- Experience working within a SOX environment
Methods:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodology
Preferred but not required:
The ideal candidate will also have some project management experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Windchill 9.0, PDM Link 9.0, Project Link 9.0, EDI Functionality, Oracle Discoverer, Seibel CRM
This candidate must have good communication skills, including written, oral, documentation techniques, customer service focus. Needs to work well within a team environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable dealing with diversity as we have overseas customers, vendor - -’s partners and internal offices globally. Flexibility and time management and understanding
Required Experience:
Minimum amount of on the job experience. Minimum 10 years experience, preferred 15
Special Requirement:
5% travel to Asia, Canada
Education:
Prefer a Bachelors Degree, though not required
