Must Have Skills: 5+ years of experience Customer-focus and demonstrated first-rate relationship skills. Data management and query skills. Proven project/product management experience. PMP a plus. Experience working with financial/credit clients. Ability to Handle and prioritize multiple projects. Mortgage or financial services/banking experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

Proven experience in strategic planning and strategy development, program/product management, project management, vendor relations, partner relations, training, and outsourcing.

This Sr Program Manager will work with minimal guidance, and will provide subject matter expertise to make recommendations on existing programs, as well as to design and manage programs from scratch that match the executive team -’s strategic initiatives.

- Proven knowledge of report types (and the detriment/benefit of each type)
- A strategic focus.
- The ability to work with some ambiguity; and to create and take ownership.
- A history of being the successful liaison between the business stakeholders, external partners and customers, and the technical resources. A proven ability to work nimbly among different functional groups.
- Consultative approach; solid requirements gathering, speaking, and presentation skills; proven business understanding and ability to work with business executives and technical resources alike.
- The ability to fully understand and remain focused on business needs, and to align technical resources with the business problems
