Proven success in coaching or teaching teams, and driving change in organizations using these tools. A deep understanding of the trends in web technology, interactive design and the management of online delivery.

Must be very knowledgeable in Agile/ Scrum methodologies. Lean/Kanban methodologies a plus. Experience in developing a training curriculum for multiple functional areas and designing the best delivery mode for that training. Solid background with the web and web technologies including a basic understanding of the technical systems, QA process, and architecture which underlie dynamic websites.
Travel industry or marketing related experience.
Experience managing offshore team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience
- A deep understanding of the trends in web technology, interactive design and the management of online delivery.
- Very knowledgeable in Agile, Scrum, Lean, and Kanban methodologies. Proven success driving change in organizations using these tools.
- Experience in developing a training curriculum for multiple functional areas and designing the best delivery mode for that training
- Strong influencing skills: Demonstrated ability to influence without having direct authority
- Understanding of how to build consensus and foster collaboration across departmental and functional lines
- Understanding the importance of community and how to build one
- Experience driving successful delivery process improvements
- Passion for helping others become better at their chosen profession
- Understanding the importance of mentoring
- Excellent knowledge of change management process in large organization
- Ability to plan and execute work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
