Description:

Experience in eCommerce setting. Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation. Able to identify and communicate impacts. Ability to prioritize. Very strong communication skills – able to communicate knowledgably, succinctly, and clearly with executive team. Experience in Agile, Kanban, and continuous integration processes a plus.

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Site Producer
- Experience working with content management systems and building websites, including daily updating of copy and images for sites
- Experience and ability to lead a diverse team of resources from creative, business and technical disciplines
- Experience estimating operational or project costs
- Experience managing requests that include integration with multiple back-end systems
- Experience documenting project and initiative requirements
- Experience presenting difficult or complex messages

Nice to Have:
- Experience within the travel/tourism industry
- Experience with online marketing of Theme Park products, Vacation Resort, Timeshare or Cruise Industry
