Description:

The successful candidate in the Quality Director's position will be responsible for senior management leadership of all quality related activities. These include: playing a leading role in leading an organizational change effort to heighten the level of focus on developing and delivering high quality products, developing and executing a strategic quality plan to advance existing systems and processes to meet customer requirements, improving the launch quality of products produced with a special emphasis on software quality. The position includes oversight and leadership of the quality organization and is responsible for identifying key organizational issues and improvement opportunities, driving action plans to improve the overall quality of processes, products and services and to lead improvement of the Quality Management System. The Quality Director position is a primary contact when escalation of quality issues is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
