Description:

- Overall engineering delivery experience of 10+ years in a product development setting/process matured IT organization following distributed development and at least 3 years in project and people management
- Exposure to newer development methodologies like Agile, Scrum
- Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Collaboration skills
- BE/B.Tech/MCA at a minimum with Project management training and real world PM exposure in a software development setting
- Experience leading a team of at least 15 resources; Capability to mentor the teams (technical, process and behavioral)
- Excellent technical skills – OOAD, C++, RDBMS, UNIX. Should have done design and coding in an Object oriented programming language for atleast 3 years
- Demonstrated track record of managing full-cycle development of large, concurrent projects with interdependencies
- Managing and communicating status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a consistent, timely manner
- Regular reporting of productivity and roadmap status to upper management
- Experience in multi-site development and coordination with cross-functional teams on development, testing, operations support and deployment of solutions.
