This is a smart client application


- Good core .net skills. We should ensure 4+ years of experience in working with .net systems. We need strong background in .net 3.0, c#, generics.

- Strong OOAD skills. We need strong object oriented analysis and design skills and 4+ years of experience in working on object oriented application development.

- Design Patterns. We should ensure knowledge of, and experience in working with design patterns.

- Visual Studio 2008 and TFS. We need experience in working with Team System and TFS work items.

- Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) skills. We need to have at least 1 year of hard core WPF experience.

- Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) skills. We need to have at least 1 year of hard core WCF experience.

o We need either WPF or WCF - - - - -– candidates have strong experience in either one is ok. Knowing both is a nice to have.

- Database Knowledge. We should ensure good knowledge of database technologies and SQL Server 2005. Knowledge of LINQ would be a nice to have.

- Strong Communication Skills. These are customer facing roles. Strong communications skills required to interact with customers is a must have.
