Must Have Skills: o Business Objects / WebIntelligence 5.x/6.x o Business Objects XI o Crystal Enterprise 10 o Unix / AIX o Windows 2003 Server/IIS administration o Web Infrastructure (Firewalls, WebServer and Application Servers) o Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills o Good understanding of various database platforms, including Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, Teradata o Good understanding of basic universe and report development o Practical experience of basic SQL skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

Key Responsibilities

o Business Objects installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of Business Objects implementation in a shared environment
o Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best industry practices for Business Objects
o Contribute to architecture and capacity planning activities
o Conduct performance tuning and capacity management
o Implement patches and other day-to-day Business Objects administration task
o Work with IT and business users to resolve support and technical questions
o Contribute to coordination and planning of Business Objects related activities
o Provide off-hours and weekend support in an on-call rotation


Requirements:

o Business Objects/WebIntelligence 5.x/6.x
o Business Objects XI
o Crystal Enterprise 10
o Unix / AIX
o Windows 2003 Server/IIS administration
o Web Infrastructure (Firewalls, WebServer and Application Servers)
o Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
o Good understanding of various database platforms, including Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, Teradata

Desired Skills:

o Crystal Reports
o Xcelsius
o .NET and/or J2EE development
