Description:

Technical Recruiter- New York City office (Midtown Manhattan)
In this position, the recruiter is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process including:

 Identification of potential candidates for client companies utilizing websites, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, and other creative networking techniques
 Conducting phone screenings, in-person interviews and skill assessments in order to determine applicant -’s technical competence
 Present contract opportunities to qualified applicants
 Negotiate contract and terms of employment
 Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees

Requirements:
 Must have Bachelor -’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of IT recruiting experience in an agency environment
 Must possess a strong ability to work independently while maintaining a high-sense of urgency and professionalism
 Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to build and maintain relationships with IT professionals
 Experience recruiting IT professionals for banking/brokerage clients a strong plus
