Description:

-The candidate must have hands-on experience in the use of common business intelligence platforms and building out business intelligence solutions (dashboards, reporting packages, etc).
-Experience with NET application development technologies as well as a solid understanding and practical use of specific Microsoft development technologies such as C#, ASP, XML, SQL, SOA and SilverLight, WCF, WWF and WPF.
-Must possess top notch communication skills, the drive to succeed and work independently and on a team, with the ability to multi-task, and deliver quality results.
-Considerable knowledge of business intelligence solutions and their functions.
-Skill in leading discussions with business users and helping formulate solutions that they might not know they need or for which they are having difficulty articulating.
-Skill in visual documentation (white boarding ideas, converting those ideas to technical requirements and translating those requirements into solutions).
-Project and program management planning and organizational skills.
-Knowledge of financial services industry.
-Strong written, visual and verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills.
