Description:

- Obtain requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets by asking thought provoking and clarifying questions and ensuring best practice thinking.
- Evaluate and reconcile information gathered from multiple sources; distinguish user requests from true underlying needs.
- Complete high-quality specifications that meet client and company requirements and continuously improve processes.
- Manage multiple internal and external projects
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision of client; analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

Again you must have TEN years of ecommerce and ecommerce intergraton experience.
