Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

- 10 to 15 years of software development experience, preferably within an e-commerce and fulfillment environment
- Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce platforms and fulfillment services
- Excellent communications skills on the phone, in person and in writing
- Outstanding listener / communicator with extraordinary follow-thru and follow-up
- Demonstrated self-confidence, easy to work with and has a high energy level
- Significant experience leading software development teams in a fast moving, rapid business growth environment
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Ability to create a common vision and turn it into reality via leadership and teamwork
- Outstanding team building and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of software engineering technical issues/needs, financial, sales, and marketing as related to software product and services design and development
- A working knowledge of direct-to-consumer / e-commerce retail/e-tail business systems
- Encyclopedic knowledge of the current state of the art e-commerce, systems, back end systems supporting customer service, call centers, and warehouse management systems
- Broad knowledge of the ecommerce product space and open source tools and solutions
- Recent experience with ATG
- At least 10 years in a technical leadership role
- A BS or better in Computer Science or a related area
