Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

This is a hands on management position. Must have management experience.

Maintain effective application portfolio supporting manufacturing operations, including project delivery and incident management.
Keep current with the latest development technologies and methodologies.

Direct research on potential technology solutions in support of efficiency and revenue growth opportunities.

Function as the intermediary/account manager for all required application development needs, to include vendor and ITD representation.

Oversee provision of end-user services, including second and third level support and technical support services for PB-developed and supported applications.

Skills Required:

Working knowledge of PC and Server operating systems, including Windows Server systems.
Working knowledge of application and database development, architecture design, maintenance, and delivery.
Working knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Ability to perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating business cases, budgets, and project status.
