We are searching for an experience Software Developer who is passionate about development and technology. We have an outstanding opportunity in the North Dallas area with an established and growing company in the healthcare industry. You will be working on product interfaces with multiple healthcare systems. You will contribute to and be responsible for software development that is driven by clinical requirements and analysis, defect resolution, documentation, and communication of project details. Healthcare technology experience is preferred.

Professional Requirements:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work well with minimal supervision
-Ability to build an atmosphere of trust and openness
-Possess strong time management and organization skills
-High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions is required
-Ability to develop, monitor, and track the progress of an action plan
-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups including peers and managers
-Healthcare technology experience is preferred

Technical Requirements:
-Three or more years of software development experience
-Two or more years with Web-based application development including Web Services
-Thorough knowledge of software development life cycles
-Experience with all Windows platforms
-Strong skills with Microsoft Visual Studio
-Applicable software development language skills with Visual C# and .NET 3.X
-Experience with SQL Server
-Object-Oriented design skills
Educational Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent education is required
-Bachelor's Degree is required or 4 years of equivalent experience in a related field
-Industry Standard Technical Certification is preferred
-Project Management experience is preferred
