We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The Senior Software Engineer will be part of a multi-discipline software development team where meaningful collaboration is highly valued. The team uses state of the art technologies from Microsoft and VMware including .NET Framework 3.5, Silverlight, ASP.NET, AJAX.NET, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Your responsibilities are rooted in design, implementation and quality of complex software applications. Developed applications are visible to both customers and employees. The ability to support the entire software lifecycle is critical to success in this role. The position requires good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to solve complex problems and applicable technical experience. Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
• 6 years of professional programming experience with Microsoft .NET
• 6 years of professional experience programming in C# is required
• 4 years of professional experience with MS SQL Server
• 4 years of professional experience with creating multi-tiered Web applications using ASP.NET is required
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a diverse team challenged with complex tasks
• Maintain a sense of pride in a job well done; detail-oriented, professional, and self-directed
• Thirst for knowledge and how to apply learning to address current company projects

Preferred qualifications and education include:
• Experience with creating Windows Forms applications is desirable
