Must Have Skills: 3-5 yrs leading a DB team responsible for database tuning, production support, architecture design 3-5 yrs leading and developing a variety of database concepts, practices, and procedures. Oracle ERP Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Description:

Responsibilities:
Lead, administer, maintain, develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company production databases which include Oracle and Microsoft SQL.
Design, develop and implement data models and database designs, and data access
Resolve performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues for all production/test databases.
Architect, analyze the organization's database needs and develop a long-term strategy for data storage.
Develop and establish policies and procedures related to data security and integrity; monitor and limit database access as needed.
Architect and oversee the design, maintenance and implementation of the organization production/tests databases.
Project leader for a variety of tasks that include or incorporate the organization - -’s database environment
Required Skills and experience:
3-5 yrs leading a DB team responsible for database tuning, production support, architecture design
3-5 yrs leading and developing a variety of database concepts, practices, and procedures.
Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Familiar with Oracle ERP
Experience in Oracle DB migrations and upgrades.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
