Help to organize and improve.
* Leads Lean/Value Stream Mapping events.
* Follows DAMIC or PDCA methods to complete and turn-over projects.
* May manage specific business projects as directed.
* Interacts with employees, supervisors, managers, senior executives, account management, and sales to gather data and evaluate appropriate actions.
* Provides process improvement training within operations.
* Performs internal process audits.
* Leads improvement activities including, but not limited to, idea development and analysis, planning and prioritization of projects, implementation and integration of new practices.
* May develop supplier (outsource) standards and resolve supplier Quality problems.
* Increases knowledge or process improvement and project management and shares methods with others.
* May investigate customer complaints and evaluate corrective and preventive action responses.

This is a true analyst position.
Must have ability to:
* Ability to perform data analysis, identify root cause and report findings.
* Ability to identify performance deficiencies, report findings. and partner with operations management to ensure adherance to set procedures and standards
* Strong, professional written and verbal communication and social skills
